Bid Estimate packages

A Bid Estimate Package is the initial 3D model constructed using SMACNA specifications and project stipulations.

Digital Take-off is a 2-view snapshot of the model rendering: a 2D Plan View and a 3D Isometric View.
Item List is a report of the modeled ductwork, separated by system.
Materials Summary is a report tally of overall item counts, lineal feet, materials, and pounds of ductwork.

Field Coordination packages

A Field Coordination Package is the “ready for fab” report assembly for production release.

Layout Map is a plan view of a specific duct section from the model, used for reference with the digital cutsheet. It includes individual item numbers for each part.
Digital Cutsheet is a 6-part per page item breakdown of duct presented on the Layout Map. It includes critical details like dimensions, specs, reinforcement, and duct weight.

Complete Spool packages

A Production Spool Package is the ideal report assembly for effective validation between production and installation.

Spool Map displays similar information as the Layout Map but with an additional 3D Isometric View, custom spool tagging, and spool color coding for quick reference.
Spool Sheet lists essential data needed along with multiple views of the intended duct assembly for fabrication/installation.
Digital Cutsheet is a 6-part per page item breakdown of duct presented on the Spool Map. It includes critical details like dimensions, specs, reinforcement, and duct weight.
